Our chicken, leek and mushroom pie is a real crowd-pleaser. It won a bronze medal at the 2020 British Pie Awards 🙂

We poach chicken breast in a herby milk liquor before shredding it and adding it to leeks and mushrooms sauteed in butter then finishing the filling off with double cream and creme fraiche.

Baked and frozen, ready for you to reheat at home.

Mmmmmm, pie.

We love pie. We love to bake pie and we love to eat pie, but most of all we love how much you love our gluten-free pies 🥰

Our pies are all gluten-free, some are also dairy free and we also make gluten-free vegan pies. The majority of our pies are made with our signature buttery gluten-free shortcrust pastry. We make some pies with gluten and dairy free hot water crust pastry (for example, our gluten-free pork pies and Scotch pies) and yet more pies with our gluten-free vegan pastry.

Our pies have won numerous awards in the British Pie Awards – including class champion in our first year of entering the awards.

Our gluten-free pie flavours include: beef and ale, beef in beer with cheese, butter chicken, chicken, bacon and mushroom, chicken, leek and mushroom, potato, cheese and onion, herby lentil, chestnut and mushroom, mushroom stroganoff, Scotch, sausage and onion, creamy chicken and vegetable, chickpea and potato makhani.

GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery in Northamptonshire.

Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy-free and vegan goodies, but please note that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross-contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, eggs and meat products on a daily basis.
