Our gluten-free crackers are both delicious and nutritious. They are packed with three different types of seed (golden linseed, sunflower and chia) and buckwheat flour, which is a source of fibre.

Our triple seed buckwheat crackers are safe for coeliacs and suitable for vegans/those following a plant-based diet.

They deliver a lovely crunch with every bite and are dangerously moreish 😉

You can eat our crackers with cheese, spread them with a generous helping of houmous or simply munch them straight from the packet.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery in Northamptonshire.

Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy-free and vegan goodies, but please note that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross-contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, eggs and meat products on a daily basis.
